I AM NOT RECEIVING YOUR EMAILS?

There are a variety of reasons why our emails might not be coming to your inbox. To make sure your receive our emails please:

  1.  Add our email addresses to your contacts list (info@thecomplexwoman.com, orders@thecomplexwoman.com)

  2.  Check if our email is in your spam/junk folder. If it’s there, mark it as NOT SPAM so that it will not be flagged as spam in the future. For Gmail users, please see this video.

  3.  Make sure your inbox is not full or inactive. These are common reasons why you are not receiving emails from us.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal. Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem. We also accept credit card payments (no account needed).

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?

Our website is SSL protected. Your information is secure and safe on our website. We take site and data security seriously. Our website uses strong data encryption to ensure that your information is secure.  Your privacy is our upmost priority. For more information, please read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details. If you need more information about your order status, please email or call us.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Though we strive to process and ship all orders within seven to ten (7-10) business days, we cannot guarantee it. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for processing and handling (this includes shipping & delivery).

Business days are defined as weekdays, Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Orders placed Mon-Fri from our online store usually are processed and shipped within seven to ten (7-10) business days.  Orders placed on Sat or Sunday will usually be processed the following business day (except on Holidays).*

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING?

We do accept international orders. We do ship internationally. Please note however that international orders (all orders outside the United States) may have a considerable delay in processing and handling (shipping & delivery) time and shipping costs can be considerably higher for international orders compared to orders shipped within the US.

Please be aware that international orders will be subject to Import duties, taxes, and charges that are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
