 This is an online event. You can participate from anywhere you have internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.

What is a virtual event?
A virtual event is an experience that takes place online through a digital platform. These events may include but not limited to paid concerts, conferences, webinars, interviews, and courses.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal. Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem. We also accept credit card payments (no account needed).
Why is Sales Tax added to ticket purchase?
Event tickets (physical or virtual) may be subject to Sales Tax. The event host of the TCW VIRTUAL TOUR is required by law to add sales tax, or VAT, or other similar taxes, to these purchase where applicable.
Sales tax is charged based on the location of the purchaser, and not the event host. The amount of sales tax a purchaser pays depends on where they are located, and what they purchase. For example, digital purchases and merchandise may be taxed differently. The rates and laws about what is taxable are different for every country (or state, in the U.S.), and can vary depending on a purchaser’s location, right down to their zip code.
If you purchase a ticket for the TCW VIRTUAL TOUR, you may see Sales Tax (or VAT or other tax, as applicable) added as a distinct line item in the purchase. The event host will withhold that sales tax and remit it to the appropriate locale based on the event host’s tax obligations.
I have purchased a ticket, but I haven’t received an event access email. What do I do?
After purchase, a private link to access the TCW VIRTUAL TOUR will be sent out via email 3 DAYS prior to start of event.
Please check your inbox, as well as your spam folder, for the order note email. If you still cannot find the email, please reach out to us at info@thecomplexwoman.com.
Can my ticket be refunded?
REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED on ticket purchase unless event is cancelled by the event host. Ticket purchase is NONrefundable and NONtransferable.
Does my virtual ticket purchase give me access to replays?
Yes, the private link in the order note email you receive will be available for replay an additional 48hrs (2 days) after the initial airing of the event. After this time period, all access from the link will unavailable.
How do I log in on the day of the event?
You will receive a private access link in an order note email 3 DAYS prior to start of event. You will be able to click on this private link and be taken straight to the event platform.
